i woudnt like to say anything about the nudity and violence of this song ....its non of my businzz..but the type of the song is more in to panjabi style with indian music and a simple touch of hiphop...mixing these music together to do a song can be a thought of good musician.... btw the out put of this song is excellent...more productive then other songs recently been popular...

I actually think there are many songs that have been popular recently and that are simple, sweet songs. For instance, the movie "Bodyguard" with Salman Khan has all the elements of a great story without the use of 75% naked girls in the songs. I think that this song does not contain any violence, but just more american influence is being added into hindi songs these days which I feel is taking away from the true culture of India.

The indian singers might as well look for another job now that american singers are taking over Indian movies. I can't believe that Akon has sung the entirety male part of this song, I mean India has nothing left of its own. Everything is now americanized.

If its a good thing, then why hasn't America let Indian singers sing songs for their country? I mean, the majority of Indians now speak English extremely well, don't they? America has accepted immigrants from so many countries, then why don't they let ppl from other cultures sing their songs? It's because America wants to keep its heritage alive by preserving the customs of their culture. I feel India is just ruining its culture by adding so much influence.

True, yet this song "Jai Ho" was sung with complete Indian lyrics. And when the Cheetah girls wanted to make it American, they reversed the lyrics and changed them all into American. Here, India is putting American rap into their regular versions. I mean, in Singh is King, in Ra. One and also in Akshay Kumar's new movie (Speedy Singh) American singers are taking over and putting American lyrics into it. I personally feel that Indian songs should not include American rap!!!!!!!!

I appreciate your agreement to my point. I guess the people of India these days are more interested in nudity and violence. I really miss the era of movies like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. I feel that those movies had it all, romance, comedy, sadness, family yet was also simplistic in thought and kept the culture and tradition of India alive. Movies these days do not make me feel proud of being an Indian. :(
