  • all that advanced equipment and they still drove ford falcons lol

  • I saw a drug to make you larger, a temper tantrum, the Curly Shuffle, tickling, rainbow colors, a sissy karate chop, a UFC-esque takedown, jackhammer position, and shotty, blow up in your face explosives... this show has it all. For people without a brain! lol

  • T_T my nostalgic series

  • @priawan82 I know that feeling too, man. Those were the times...

  • How does one even begin to express how awesome this show is.

  • Hilarious. Chicago Channel 44! Is it me or does this monster have a tatoo of George Clinton in a blue hat w/ goggles on his stomach? Was that a titty twister Ultraman used to get the monster off him? Important questions these are....

  • Chicago Channel 44 Kids Club. I use to run home after school to watch this. I didn't seem so cheesy back then. LOL!

  • Thanks for posting this! Used to watch this all the time as a kid! Enjoyed sharing it with some of my co-workers! They were dumbfounded!

  • I Remember this, I Grow Up watching Ultraman English Dub First Time Back in the 90's. My Uncle who use to Ultraman in America back in the 70's better then The Space Giants. • Such great classics of yesteryear.

Thank you so much, I'm really enjoying re-living my childhood.

  • @Kermi4u My Pleasure!

  • CHIDDDO

  • I want Ultraman to punish Fuji Television.

The television station in Japan is demonstrating in Japan.

Fuji Television broadcasts for South Korea and is doing Japanese discrimination.

    It is the worst.

  • Why didn't he just turn into Ultraman in the beginning so that his "jet" and half the town didn't have to be destroyed?

Even though I was born in the 90s, I remembered watching this of show and playing with an Ultraman action figure when I was like 3.

  • I felt bad for the poor monster. I wanted everything to work out for him in the end and everyone make friends.

  • i remember watching all this silly things in the 80s

  • at 2:27 he does some awsome breakdancing! #WIN

  • ..

  • I remember holding up my dads aluminum cigar holders because of this show.

  • Ayata????? ..era el nombre de ultraman gracias por mi linda niñez

  • i love how the monsters just straight up destroy the buildings. That must have been someones job... creating millions of small buildings to be destroyed.

  • man i loved this show as a kid and contrary to what my boys say Ultraman would have kick Giant Robots ass lol!!!!!

  • JAPANESE NAMES FTW!

  • i was 3 years old at that time. it's funny how i'm watching this now. it's was very exciting back in 1966, especially when ultraman warning light went off. ultraman was real serious about fighting n destroying all monsters of the world. ultraman kept me company. little diane

  • Ultraman, Kimba the White Lion, Speed Racer. That was the greatest in afternoon TV.

  • i saw the whole Ultraman series on DVD for sale for 5 bucks in target! Im getting it!

  • it might take a ' ultra man to take care of earth soon. some bad grays are coming next year.......you never know buddy! anything is possiable..?

  • if only ultra man met godzilla... ..wow,as a kid i would've had a hyperactive enduced coronary.I'd like to think the ending would come out as a tie.Ultra man flying off towards the sun,and godzilla returning to the sea bubbling under with a godzilla "scream" as an ending

  • tout simplement horrible et mal fait !!

  • what. the. HECK! LOLOL! i used to watch this as a little kid and i was like "OMG THIS IS SO AWESOME!" now i'm watching it... hooooooooooooooly. crap. what the hell was i thinking back then? LOL! this is actually pretty hysterical to me.

  • 始まりの映像カッコいい!!

    ちょっとレトロな感じもいいですね(^^)

  • I have no idea why some people get so hung up on "how fake this is", when it comes to these kaiju/tonkotsu series from Japan. At least the effects are real, and tangible, with real people acting out scenes on real (elaborate and painstakingly crafted) miniature sets. CGI looks good, but it's "fake" too, more fake, in fact. Stuff like this, classic Godzilla, Gamera, etc., are great fantasy filmwork.

  • HE VISTO CAPITULOS DE ULTRAMAN PERO NO UNO TAN GRACIOSO COMO ESTE. JEJEJEJE

  • I'm 55 yrs old and I remember watching this as a kid. Though I will agree that this is much better programming than half the stuff out there today, I still think about this...Wow! HOW could I have watched this? Talk about cheesy..Lol, BUT ya know what? I wouldn't trade my childhood memories of TV for anything in the world!!! I hope they make a movie of ultraman with all the special effects.

  • @DannisXLR8 Jajaja...Totalmente de acuerdo con Seriesdetv...Éste es un comentario completamente fuera de lugar..

  • Shuwatch!

  • The original Ultraman rocks - nothing compares, really.

  • I loved this stuff getting back from school and watching it on T.V. :]

  • I remember watching this when I was a kid, it was so amazing then, now it's like a really bad comedy. This was not the best episode for sure.

  • Hey, Spyguys, what you say is fake, the good people love Ultraman

(If I make a mistake in the text is because I am French , and I got 10 years old)

  • Ultraman secret technique...

    BOOBIE GRAB!

  • never keep shooting a monster in the head ... pissing him off ... then flying your plane back 'n fourth or he will grab your ass!

  • I used to watch this show back in 1975, the TV got shiity reception but I didn't care I loved it.

  • Funny version?

  • Dude this sounds Xmans song in the begining

  • Damn, serious infrastructure problems in Japan...every week about 10 buildings turned to shit, LOL...

  • @TheSRalston Well that's because they're all following the example of Ultraman. Because back in the day, this was THE SHIT! In a good way, not a bad. So, they're looking up to it's kaiju greatness.

  • I was so innocent or stupid back then that I spent hours thinking how in bloody hell they made that swirling mess at the beginning transform itself into an Ultraman sign that announced the show...

  • I like the beater blades he has for ears...he could really mix a cake. He has fancy footwork too. Ultra Man doesn't play fair...he tickled him!

  • Ultraman use tickle, it was super effective

  • กูชอบ

  • Poor monster. Nobody loves him because he is so ugly and now he has no ears.

  • @spyguys I love hem jejej

  • @spyguys well hes cute as pigmon

  • I always felt like it's so amazing how they did the swirling colors and made the words appear!! I still don't understand how they did it!

  • Bob Wilkins; famous host of Oakland, ca KTVU channel 2 creature features was the first to bring anime to the mainland and made it popular. At that time only Hawaii had anime. He started with Ultra Man which was a staple on KTVU. He also hosted the first tv showing of the original night of the living dead in 1973; at that time only KTVU had it (Oakland, Ca). Anime now is a staple in Asian and American culture.

  • Gracias por compartir, me trae muy buenos recuerdos. Fijate que por ahi tengo el primer episodio el cual fue echo en vivo, a ver si lo subo hoy en la noche. Un saludo amigo.

  • VERY COOL

  • ULTRMAN kicks a.s.s. everywhere.

  • This is actually better than a lot of T.V. programs of today.

  • @MauZangetsu Yep!

  • @MauZangetsu yeas!! and wer probably more luck cause we had a chance to watchd and witness this kind of tv stuff compre to present sucking show.. fuck present tv programs

  • @TsT13Norman Oh good Lord,if only people of the past could get to know what internet is,they could probably being happier than us,because they could have see their favorite shows as much as they wanted

  • @MauZangetsu .Hell yes! Of course it is.

  • you know the actor playing the monster was pretty funny Wow this brought back memories watching ultra man prior to Creature Feature on Channel 44 in Tampa on Saturdays I remember always thinking hurry up and defeat the monster before your light stops blinking And the wssssssshhhhh sound when ultraman flies

  • im 52 years old, and remember watching ultraman on the wee willie webber show, here in philadelphia.....it was the best kids show of all time....prince planet, marine boy, speed racer and astro boy were also on his show...i remember after watching "dark shadows", i'd quickly switch over to watch those great shows..

  • The monster dances when fired upon.

  • I guess ultraman was international. I watched this in Chile spanish sound and still looks great without any computer doing most of the job. What came first Ultraman or Ultraseven? can anybody set this straight.

  • WTH does the man lying in the hospital have to do with this monster? did we miss something at the beginning?

  • Almost 13 and I find this pretty epic!! This shows you don't need all fancy techno stuff to create something amazing! Go ULTRAMAN!

  • this was my afternoon after getting home from school. this was the stuff heros were made of.

  • fuck power ranger, ULTRAMAN FTW!!!!

  • im 13, i remembered me watchin this when i was like 5, i cant believe there was a english version, i watched it in manderine

  • Im 43 and I too watched it in the 70s on saturday morning,I think it was the old WTCG which is now WTBS.nothing beats the original!!!

  • I used to watch this as a kid in the 70's, brought back lots of memories.

  • I'm in the same age-range (45+) ... and no matter how silly this was - or the nostalgia that we all share ...I have to always put that aside for the lesson this show taught me: Good doesn't always triumph over Evil. The final episode struck me really hard as a kid, because Ultraman was defeated. His blinking light timer ran out before he could destroy the monster. His superior (another Ultraman like being) came to Earth, claimed his body, and returned him to his home planet. Heart breaking.

  • this was sooooooooooooooo stupid.........if you likes this, you must have been easly entertained.......lol....how lame......

  • I remember the human's name was Hayata or something. I also remember crying when he dies. I'm 49 now, but I still remember most of it.

  • ROFLMFAO!!!!!

  • It was so popular in China when I was small...

  • Totally watched this in the late 60's and early 70's growing up in Danville, KY. I'm 46 now and I still think about Ultraman at times, doing the ray out my crossed karate-chop hands!

  • I remember this being epic, so I decided to check it out. It looks like a comedy now.

  • who ever invented this is stupid..my little brothers are addicted to this.. the movie we own IS IN FOREIGN!!!!! wtffff.

  • OMG I am 47 yrs old I can't believe I remember this show. My 9 yr old son is standing here laughing because this looks so fake. I LOVE IT. Brings back great memories.

  • @tenacity0818 Lol

  • @tenacity0818

    HEY!!!

You tell that comedian kid of yours that THIS is where is all started! tell him to go do his homework and leave dear ol dad alone!

  • @tenacity0818 I'm 48 and my wife thinks this is a joke video (she's 28) really makes ya feel old...

  • @Rick6315 LOL

  • @Rick6315

I'm 29, and I watched this on WGN as a wee squirt. That and Tranzor/Mazinger Z were my favorites growing up, so I'm guessing your wifey's just deprived. I bet she'd probably never get the appeal of a Gojira/Mothra movie, either.

  • @Rick6315 And Power Rangers Is Better No Power Rangers Without Ultraman Right LOL

  • @tenacity0818 - I am 41 and my 10 year old is loving it, he i on that loves to learn the back history and all - so now I am digging the fact that he is enjoying it...

  • @tenacity0818 You're 47 and you have a 9 year old kid??? So you're planning on dying without ever having any time for yourself again, huh?

  • @KenMacMillan yep!!!!!

  • @KenMacMillan same goes for gundam and kamen rider.

  • the monster was like "oh...i'm soooo fucking high right now..."

  • this monster is funny!!!same TELETUBBIES!!

  • I loved watching this show. Eventhough some of the monster gave me nightmares. They were real creepy to me back then.

  • Captain Ultra FIRST! then ULTRAMAN..

  • after that is Ultraman..^_^

  • I dont care Captain Ultra is first no matter what..

  • I was just looking for a cookie recipe...somehow got here ...and watched the whole thing..???
