I just noticed that this was a video response to my first "3 Gay Questions" video. I don't mind that it is, despite the fact that it's not an exact response to my questions.
But I'm curious as to why you felt you needed to post it as a reply to that? If you could answer, that'd be super.
Not only are you propagating the same old tired "guilt-trip/shaming reflection" attack that homosexuals ALWAYS TRY to convince themselves to be true, but here, you're basically suggesting that ALL PEOPLE are homosexual! How you could ever scrap up the fortitude to come to such a deluded and devoid conclusion is WAY beyond me. The union of man and woman is the cornerstone of happiness, balance, and equality. Why can't you just let men and women be happy and equal together, Dan? WHY? --FJ
Try watching the video. I do not, at any point, state that everyone is homosexual. I state that many bigots, like yourself, may be bisexual. Respond to what I say, not what you wish I had said.
I DID watch the video -- THE WHOLE THING, thank you very much (glitches and all). And I DID respond to what you said. And your basic overall point in this video is that everyone (particularly heterosexuals who speak out in opposition to the homosexual agenda) is "bisexual", which is basically your fancy way of saying that everyone is gay . First the homosexuals, then the heterosexuals who speak out against homosexuality. What about the heterosexuals who disagree but DON'T speak out? A pass? -FJ
@FinalJusticeMovement Also, I have already told you, on other channels, that I have no interest in communicating with you. I have blocked you from commenting and will not respond to further comments. The reason i am doing this is because you think that personal threats are acceptable. Now go away.
You present some very interesting ideas especially about the effects of a hetero-normative society on bisexual individuals. There is something that you don't mention that also connects directly to your thesis. The repression of their desires may contribute to their homophobia. But they also are bi-phobic for the exact same reasons. It all ties together with your thesis for the exact same reasons that yo state in the video. Repression, whether it be societal or internalized, causes this.
Yes I agree with you. I think in reality, everyone is born to what their sexuality is, but I also think there is a time when you are bi-curious and you may question your own sexuality. I know I'm heterosexual but there are "gay moments" where I like girls, but I'm not gay. I also think, like you said, that when one person has the choice of whether they gay or not, they think everyone else has this choice and it's not true. I do believe everyone is a bit bisexual.
I, too, think that everyone falls on a spectrum, and that pure biological heterosexuality or homosexuality is probably much rarer than is acknowledged. Confounding the issue are emotional reactions to sexuality, religion, right-wing authoritarianism, and peer pressure, which can cloud a person's self-awareness of their sexuality. I feel that I am a "Kinsey 6" Purely homosexual...however, I am also vaguely aware of emotional issues in regard to female sexuality that I haven't explored.
