@JavaSpitLava you don't necessarily have to see hatred and love as each others' antithesis, rather i think people are just terribly afraid of others and thus struggle to understand them. so it's probably more of a fuzzy swirling mess of misinformation that causes hatred instead of it being some force. if there are an infinity of things to say or do to a person, and each person needs something specific said/done to them to be happy, then there is an absurdly high chance of making someone hate you
