Didn't think Valerie Bertinelli's addition was wise< (no offense to her or her fans), but of my alltime favorate episodes had Gloria The Holiday episode where they find an abandoned car that belonged to a 9/11 victum, and the episode where they're teaching Gloria how to spot Angels of death, and they suddeenly see hundreds of them enter a building that gets destroyed by a bomb blast. Watching the dvd I still get choked up whne they find the burned child's toy.
