Mine is not old -a couple years but has had problems - i got to the fourth visit and a motor still dragging the tech said and not replaced because if Sears puts another part on this machine then it would need to be replaced - i asked for it to be replaced and they made me remove the pedestel and now i cannot drain it at the bottom of it proper -without water gpoing all over - were we not suppose to have it on any elevation before they would honor the warranty we have on them?
this is why i'm getting all vintage 70's and 80's stuff for my future house, they made good stuff back in the 70's and 80's they were built to last
