  • The non-stick spray is brilliant! Once the egg white dries it's a pain in the butt. Try a little smoked paprika in the eggs, adds a nice savoriness.

    I have had the exact same situation as you! The key thing is that most people don't get enough carbs! Most of the time people eat enough protein, while their total calories are too low. Don't make that mistake. Make sure you get ALL your calories, preferably from lean foods. That way you will build muscle the fastest. However if you want to lose your belly, you have to cut off 200kcal, NOT MORE! This is essential! If you cut off more, you'll lose muscle. :)

  • @dvlshdwst You just have to find a carbs/protein diet that works for you. When you're first losing the weight is the most important time you will ever have when working out. Make sure you memorize what you ate, and see what works for you. Don't be afraid to gain a little weight. Once you find something that works for you, you can have smooth bulking phases and amazing lean phases.

  • Great video. From your personal experience, is it at all possible to bulk and add muscle mass without losing the definition in my abs? As for bulking time frames, I’m going to bulk for 2 months then cut and lean out for 1 month..Any suggestions?

DO THIS: Oats, Flaked Almonds, Goji Berries, Organic Blueberries, 1 whole banana, Chia Seeds, Sunflower Kernels, Diced Dried Apricots, 1 Tbspn Apricot Oil, Tbspn of Honey, 3 Drops of Iodine, 4 Brazil Nuts. That's nutrition.

  • Do NOT buy boxed egg whites,it is 3x as expensive and has loads of extra sodium. An egg white/yolk seperater is only a couple bucks and one of the best investments youll ever make

  • great breakfast. I have a very similar breakfast. Usually oatmeal with cinnamon and vanillla, whey protein shake, and 1 whole egg for healthy fat.

  • @0104lgt Its not CRUCIAL you take out the yolk but generally if you're a fairly big ripped guy and you're reaching your "limit" ( by this i mean instead of packing on 10lbs of muscle in no time at all you're putting on a pound or 2 in a year) then taking out the egg yolk will help you avoid excess fat and cholesterol. However I do personally believe for someone such as myself who is aiming to bulk as much as possible and has a lot of potential left to get muscular, leaving the yolks in is fine.

  • I wish people would stop encouraging protein shakes. 54 grams of protein will not get you lean. Your body only uses so much protein at one time and will NEVER be used as a source of energy unless the body doesn't have a sufficient supply of fats or carbs, which ever type of exercise you are performing. The process to convert a protein into a carb or fat requires lots of energy even. When things go into your body, they don't just disappear when they aren't used... you'll store it as fat.

  • @hellllllllooooooooo im in high school too and i understand what your saying. Try eating your meals at break and at lunch if you have them. Even if i doesnt line up perfectly, basically if you eat breakfest and then a snack 2 hours later instead of two and a half to three its totally ok. Also you can leave out the eggs if you replace it with with a protien shake, i recomend getting one hundred percent whey protein by optimum nutrition off amazon. Hope this helps.

    u can make the eggs, broccoli, avocado and salsa as a mega omelet.

  • Yo, I have a bit of a gluten intolerance so I can't eat oats for breakfast :(

    But I have millet porridge instead~ omfg its so delicious. I just cook up the millets, and then chuck in some walnuts & pepitas, sprinkle a few goji berries in, mix in a couple of tblspns of pea protein powder, and then put a splash of rice or almond milk on it and mix in a tea spoon of honey~ ooh shit yeah, tasty complex carbohydrates with a good dose of protein to boot.

  • @14young people say dont eat carbs ect before bed. depends if your bulking or cutting. remember when you sleep your body is going to be going about 8 hours without food. eat slow digesting protien before bed. i.e cottage cheese, skimmed milk, low carb protien shake, sugar free yoghurts.. thats what i reccomend anyways

Being a former obese man (320 pounds, now 180) taste is VERY important to me. Thank you for making this video. I can now build muscle without sacrificing food choices.   • What about all the sugar in milk? What benefit do you get from spiking your blood sugar like that when insulin promotes fat storage? Also, there doesn't seem to be any concern here with actually eating healthy. All those low fat and fat free products are terrible for your body and ridiculously unnatural. Lastly, microwaves have been show to kill off 97% of antioxidants in vegetables and cause a high amount of protein unfolding.

    I'm 16 years old, 12 stone, 6 foot 2 and excited to get on the program! However, there is a problem. I am intolerant to eggs, soya, wheat and dairy. i can make porridge/ oatmeal etc with rice milk but the sandwiches and omelettes on the meal plans are tricky! do you have any suggestions? any help would be greatly appreciated!

Meal 2 I have turkey say about 10 slices of turkey with some salad meal 3 chicken I would recommend grilled chicken with onions salad with a cup of coffee coz coffee burn fat..?   • @shabzbad 7 eggs at one time like that is actually not good i have to say lol you should spread the proteins out through the day having smaller meals more frequently about 2 eggs at one time with something else would be ideal. ur body cnt digest that much protein which means that could one day bully ur liver n u dnt want that!

  • @IDMWEIGHTSIDM technically yes you should have carbs and protein in every meal whether or not you work out, as long as their healthy carbs and not just chocolate and biscuits etc you should be able to burn them off even just watchin TV

  • I just have Eggs, Veggies and Water for breakfest, Lasts me until lunch, and for lunch is turkey sandwich on brown, more veggies and water. supper is boneless chicken breasts, of course, more veggies, more water and a banana.

  • If you really wanna get technical, skim milk has a ton of sugar in it...try unsweetened vanilla almond milk...won't spike your insulin!! Keep it up!

  • Cool. We have had Labradors for many years and sometimes got puppies. Now we only have one brown Lab. I don't like to just go and walk alone. If I walk to fat loss I walk with the dog or on a treadmill.

  • Hey Jeff, I have been dieting and what I do in the morning is oatmeal with half low fat milk and half skimmed milk with a banana and then I eat 2 hard boiled eggs but just the whites (because I live in Europe and we don't get egg whites in a carton)
