Beating shitty AAA teams from Manitoba hardly amounts to much, remember Henry Boucha, the so called best all-time player from Minnesota ? Well, he was the only American from then that could potentially stand up to Junior A players in Canada. Yet most scouts ranked him quite a bit below. It goes to show you the disparity in terms of skill. You are hard pressed to beat a nation in hockey development that lives and breathes the sport.
