I just moved to Portsmouth from Columbus, and lets just say I miss Columbus. Portsmouth has crime and drugs but so does everywhere else.. Although it does seem that the police and everyone else are corrupt.. But I just got pulled over for suspended license the other day and the Cop didnt tow my car, didnt ticket me, and then gave me a ride home! So there are some good guys down here, but yeah, I hate little towns, miss the big city and its good and bads.. Go Buckeyes!

Yes arby the Health Dept has been a joke for atleast 15 years. The Sheriff's Dept is busy framing people that they don't like, or to cover up their own screw ups.. Did we mention the Police dept,?

People steal to support the habit and even break into your home in the middle of the night and threaten you and your family.
Unfortunately, the only way to prosecute these people is to catch them in the act before they hurt anyone that is why we got an Alarm System installed from Adt last week they gave us the Equipment for Free and the installation was only 99.00
drugs are the major problem. And it affects all families. i know somepeople may think this video is obsessive but i give the older gentleman alot of credit and i really am impressed with his set up. I lived in the portsmouth area and am quite disturbed with the trashy people with no morals and crime on there minds. We just need to teach our children respect for others property and try to change the world one good deed at a time.

Yes, you are certainly correct. Compared to other locations, Portsmouth definetly is not too bad. Drugs seem to be the biggest problem and this is a high unployment area.

Oh I know what u mean about the drugs My young adult sons still live there it is really bad.I wish we had the answer to clean it up its just to darn widespread and with the unemployment its almost impossible!
