@yewiyewiya3: Well, "Romance Dawn" was the title of the first One Piece manga; Break of Romance Dawn is a play on words (something Oda is apparently very fond of) to have a double meaning of break of dawn (morning, a new day) and it also goes back to that first chapter, Romance Dawn. Basically, it's meant to say they've gotten through their darkest hour and it's the beginning of a new adventure for the Straw Hats. :)
