Bayless is a stud and this dude is only 19 years old. Just wait till he puts on another 15-20 pounds of muscle and increases his vert under pro training. He is already fearless, but he is basically just a kid. Watch out in a few years, Roy, Bayless and Rudy Fernandez are going to be one of the best backcourts in the NBA.

Look out for the Portland Trailblazers in a couple of years. Gallinari has more upside than Bayless, though, You can find another guard, but how many Forwards can you find that can shoot under pressure, and slash to the hole, stronger than Gallinari in the draft. He won MVP title and a Championship in Italy. his resume proceeds him.
