If they ever cared about national security they would look at all the murder, gangs, and drugs going on in the US. Of course what they care about is technology for their own organization. Their concerns about people's health and food supply don't exist or McDonald's and candy bars would not exist. Caring about national security would mean caring about rotten teeth and why.  Seems to me most people would rather show off what they have and get sex than help someone that needs things get a life.
