i agree with you outesticide69, they're both great guitarists, but evh tends to stick to tapping, which is good to a degree. angus is the better guitarist, he can play figaros, use a lot of vibrato, play solos one handed occassionally, use doublesops, and what makes him more unique is how he never misses a note by duckwalkin, jumping off amps, spinning around, being carried around on brian's or bon' shoulders. such a great guitarist, and my idol!! long live angus!

angus young and eddie van halen are two very good guitarists, but eddie's flare soloing is mostly a parlor trick, hes actually a lot slower then he sounds. A lot a guitarists use that (even angus) but definitely angus is the better of the two

have u ever noticed angus settled down when bon died he aint as rowdy as he was when he was with bon i liked AC/DC more in the bon scott days but i do love brian johnsons voice on the fly on the wall album i love that album its my second favorite album next to highway to hell that is an amazing album. but when bon was with AC/DC angus was the rowdiest man alive. i mean he probably lost 10 pounds every concert i loved angus back when bon was around i still like angus dont get me wrong. Well he got older, and touring does wear you down, especially after a number of years. Not to mention, all the years he had been smoking wouldn't help. I remember on Let There Be Rock: The Movie, he had to put on the oxygen mask, because he had trouble breathing, I mean think about it, you wouldn't have a professional athleate smoke from the age of 15, would you?

Yes he did have to use an oxygen mask but to be fair, he does put a ridiculous amount of energy into his playing and also he said that in early concerts with the ammount of people smoking pot on the front row you could hardly breathe, that may be also why he had to have the oxygen mask, the smoking would of contributed to it aswell though.
