Baptism is one Sacrament that connects all Christians. Anyone can administer Baptism as long as its done "In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." Baptism is one of 7 Sacraments. There is also: Confirmation, the Eucharist, Confession, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony. With the exception of Baptism and Matrimony you need a validly ordained priest for God to work through, that means you have to be in the Catholic/Orthodox Church. God bless you all.
