I think it's in very good taste that you privatized those videos. You'll both be more comfortable for having done so. Do keep those lines of total communication open and never sweep things under the carpet. I live by this creed!

I'm thinking of doing a video in sketch show format although it will initially just be an excuse to post some of the video backlog without too much editing or in other words - I'll be able to post footage which is good, but probably not good to enough to have a whole video devoted to it

i think youtube , and video sharing websites in general , are testing the boundaries of privacy and labor law . we divulge what we want , but if we tape what we divulge while being paid by an employer , there may be grounds for dismissal .
what if you taped something you were working on , you are still technically completing tasks you were assigned to , you are simply recording them also . if this isn't a top secret facility , and it does not pose any danger , it should not be a problem ...

So of course also no vlog about my job situation. I don't want to talk about my work in any case - neither in a good nor in a bad way. Plural in Italian usually comes with an "i" in the end. Antipasto would be the name of the traditional appetizer in basic terms / non plural.
