@adobongsago i have the kd's and i am not really a fan of them because they look pretty shitty, not as good performance as shoes like hyperdunk 2011, Im not sure about the durability because none of my shoes are that dirty or overused.

I should have gone .5 a size up! Lol. Went true to size and my pinky toes have gotten blisters from the rubbage. I think I'ma try to break them in a bit more and see how they are after that. If they're still giving me probs then I think i'ma get me a size 10. @nightwing2303 i tried on the fly wades and they seemed a little snug? should i got .5 up on those too if i decide to get em? they felt a bit better than the kds

is it normal that these shoes kill my toes? I buyed them bigger than i actually needed but they still hurt my toes so bad. After the first time I wear it my toes were really bloody and swollen. The shoes overall feel really good. Please can someone who had the same problem answer me? Is this normal and will this problem disappear?

@Hamiltonfan2 had the same problem with you as well, but it went away after a few more games =) but i had to wear plaster around my toes before that though.. lol

@bballcrb i play point and i own a pair of the hyperfuses. Get the KD 4's because the hyperfuse hurt your midfoot a bit when you wear them. the KD's are lighter too.

is this a weaker material of rubber used compared to the xdr?

@xinvinceible i think solid is the regular one.. XDR has only one color so it's hard to customize with that

@NikeMan4lifeYou do realize that KD has a clause in his contract with nike that makes all his general release shoes (not house of hoops etc.) are all under 100 dollars. And in working at a footlocker our nike rep has claimed that this shoe is by far the best nike shoe to date (in terms of bang for your buck)

I have a pair of 2011 Hyperfuse & Kobe VI.

This has better traction than both! And in my experience playing on the dusty floor a couple of times was better than both. What do you think nightwing?Out of the 3 which is better for a dusty floor?

Great review as always! I first thought the straps were great just from wearing them casually, I felt it hugged my feet really well cuz I haven't tried them on court. Since you clarified it like that, I thought it was kinda bummer for a bit as well as the Zoom bag in the forefoot even though it exists. However, I still love these KD4's and hoping to cop the YOTD

Nice vid bro. I figured the traction would be perfect on a clean court. The rubber compound they used reminded me of a good street tire or a racing slick. I found them to be uncomfortably narrow. Keep it up brother!
