@Hankywu well first of all swing speed isnt what matters, because if you try and over hit it you will end up with a nasty slice, but I do agree with you, his swing is way to slow.

@tomlud2 of course i rather hit it straighter but all im saying is my swing speed is about 95 and plus i rarely get to 95 mph i usually sticck to somewhere around 85 - 90 so i can work my shots easier

Nice tempo but your posture could be a bit better, try to tilt your back forward and not to flex your knees so much and stand a wee bit farther away from the ball, but apart from that your swing is spot on.
