  • it looks brand new.it seems to still have the packing grease and shit on it.wipe it down and put a lil lube on it.

  • try a different mag or clean your ak.

  • romanian AKs are the worst quality i have a SAR1

even the new PM md. 63 has recalls

the older stuff was better made

the started to cut corners since the iraq war

they are number 2 to china in numbers made

  • bad magazine , and do not use hollow points>>>those guns are USUALLY pretty reliable.

  • bad mag and ammo.

  • sorry spelling missing the mag is worthless

  • the mag is wothless not the ak

  • lol. its not the steel its the ...too many bush lights... the other one. omg

  • Yall useing that cheap iron case ammo need to use brass

  • I don't need to watch before buying a Romanian AK variant, I already KNOW what will happen. It will malfunction all day long. It will seize rounds in the chamber, it will shoot the op-rod pin loose until it scores the inside of the gas tube.

If you think Romanian AK's are reliable, think again. They fricken blow. Most AK's will malf quite frequently.

  • @LRRPFco52 Dude you must be one of the guys in this video, I've got a wasr and I've put 1000s of rounds thru it and it is holding strong. Lots of user error or wrong type of ammo used in the video. FMJ ammo is needed.

  • @LRRPFco52 mines at 3,000+ rounds, not a single problem

  • no its the hollow points they do they cause the feed ramp

  • not the ammo or the gun, its the dumb ass operators that you can tell obviously dont no whats goin on. stick to bb guns fellas

  • it's the ammo. the gun is built to handle military FMJ. The hollow points are screwing you up

  • There are a few other symptoms other that that bullet that have nothing to do with the firearm.

  • AK's were built for war. Ball ammo is what those guns are designed for. Putting open mouth hollowpoints in an AK rifle is akin to hunting deer with a bolt action running mil spec ball... You can do it but why. You can try to use tipped hollowpoints or try lightly beveling the feed ramp section of the barrel trunion so the open mouth projectiles wont catch on on the sharp corner when the rounds make their occaisional tip down into the mag right before the bolt strips them out of the feed lips.

  • @brian81fbird i did a test with my wasr where i put 3000 rounds through it without cleaning it just to see whats up. did it over the course of a month and no hicups. you can abuse AKs because they are designed to be "soldier proof". his rifle doesnt look as bad as mine did. more than likely a bad mag.

  • The magazin lipps must be slightly opened.

  • @ilganis maybe prying on it with a jackknife as he did has contributed to that issue

  • Spray it liberally with some WD-40 and let her rip!

  • The WASR is a great AK..I've never had an issue with it...looks like this is a magazine issue...I've had that happen before...

  • junk ammo but you both don't know what the fuck your doing .....if you cant get the mag in there how do you expect it to fire??

  • those are cheap ammo. no wonder your rifle is all messed up.

  • CHECK IT OUT INBREEDER, ROMANIAN WASR 10 S DO WORK GOOD. YOU WILL NOT FIND A RUSSIAN AK ANYWERE. THERE ARE ALL AK VARIANTS OUT THERE, CHINESE,POLISH,BULGARIAN,I HAVE A ROMANIAN WASR AND IT NEVER JAMS.

  • Don't know if it's the gun but i can deffinetley tell you THAT AMMO SUCKS buy Yugo ammunition and you won't have any problems.

  • Its pretty much impossible to find a "Made in Russia" AK and if you will, it will cost you A LOT.

  • This is not a Romanian, this is a WASR, it may be made in Romania, but it has been ripped apart and slapped back together by CAI. The real Romanian AK47s are the SAR-1s, and they are some good AKs.

  • I have the exact same wasr 10/63. I always shoot the very same Wolf hollow point ammo with promag polymer mags AND the old metal ones. NEVER had it jam on me (except for dud rounds)...because I actually cleaned all the packing grease out, lubed it really well, and actually know how to properly put in the magazine. Go gunk out an AR the same way and watch it do that very same thing. This vid is NOT an example of a bad gun, but definately an example of poor gun maintenance and operating.

  • probably a very cheap mag in their...i use tapcos and have never had a miss fire even while bump fireing

  • CAI IS GARBAGE

  • its a good gun i have one clip the mag in right and it works every time even if the mag not in right some how it still feeds but you have to pull it back every time you shoot

  • how the fuck would easing it forward make it jam on the THIRD round? Did the gun ease itself forward? people are idiots. AK's do jam, every gun does, just like every car brakes down eventually. It's just how often it does. I love AKs but depending on who built that kit and how it is maintained or just THE AMMO or MAGAZINE is wether or not it will function reliably, Everyone knows that it's a hit or miss when you buy a wasr.

  • that sucks

  • Some people should not own firearms.

  • Your very problem is your using WOLF Ammunition, which is cheaply manufactured in Russia not too mention it is steel casing, which is you have had any reading comprehension of the english language you would have noticed the manual of this particular rifle with the statement, "AVOID using low quality, steel cased Ammunition".

  • gay... you just dont kno how to use the ak ive had 3 wasr 10's used them till the day i sold themthe problem is the operators not the rifle!

  • you are bouth hair dresser not gunman stay home and play with dolls not guns !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Apparently takes more than three rednecks to figure out how to properly operate an AK

  • ak will run with any FMJ ammo but hollow points jam because it catches the feed ramp and that happens on most aks not just the Romanian

  • it is the ammo its the hollow point u need to polish the feed ramp

  • Shot thousands of rounds through both of mine, no issues. If anything, it's the mag, not the hollowpoints. These aren't known to be temperamental over ammo. Another thing, you need to work on your trigger pull. You slap, and let off completely. Have you shot before? Squeeze, reset to click ONLY, and squeeze the next shot. Don't trigger slap. It screams amateur.

  • I have the exact same WASR 10 ak-47, took it out to the range for the first time last week, went through 2 30 round mags, hollow point, lacquer coated steel case rounds. No jams whatsoever.

And that was even shooting Wolf brand ammunition, which are infamous for jams

  • ive never had a jam in my wasr10

  • had this same issue with a norinco sks. come to find out it was the hollow point ammunition I was using. FMJs shot perfectly with no jams and the damn hollow points jammed every other shot...

  • @hambone307 EXACTLY! ITS THE AMMO! I own an I.O. AK and had a similar problem... Also how old is this AK? You do know that EVERY firearm needs to be cleaned at some point.... EVEN THE AK!

  • Come on guys! It aint the gun! Youre gonna hurt yourselves..........

  • Wow, that is an incredibly worthless gun.... owner.

My WASR 10 is one of my more reliable guns.

  • Any time you ease the action forward, it can jam. You should always pull it back and allow it to slam shut. It is intended to slam shut, not be eased shut.

  • The gun is perfectly fine. It's the stupid pieces of god damn shit trying to shoot it.

  • Not the WASR. It's the guy on the trigger. Lean into the rifle rather than leaning back. I have nearly 1000 rounds in my WASR and it only jams when my cousin shoots it.

  • Don't even know how to insert the mag properly!

  • This reminds me of one of those late night infomercials where the people do everything the hardest way possible just to show how your life will be better with their product.

  • Comment removed

  • looks like your half ass loading your mag thats why it not feeding i had the same gun with same the rounds never had any problems learn your equipment before you talk shit about it

  • Comment removed

  • id check the mag first, those old romanian mags are cheap, i upgraded the mags never had a failure to eject, jam, or misfeed again.

  • Word of advice: if your rifle doesn't feed well with hollow points, then don't use them! Problem solved!

  • you cant even get the mag in and wonder why its jamming

  • Comment removed

  • Heres an idea be sure you know how to properly secure your mag. Or try a new mag instead of a cheap surplus metal one get a few.

  • How come you didnt try another mag?

  • I have a WASR-10 that will feed, fire and eject anything all day. In over 2000 rounds through of of hallow points, soft points, and FMJs I've had 1 primer fail to go off and I had 1 round fail to feed when I didn't wind up my drum mag all the way. You must just have a lemon. Take a file to the bottom edge of the chamber.

  • @ArmednSafe me too mine is amazing over 2 cases of ammo and never one jam using wolf ammo.

  • Nice Sparco hoodie :D

  • its not the gun its the mag and the operator 60% mags fault 40% the retard fireings fault

  • It wasnt the gun, it was the operator and his failure in selecting the right tool for the right job, in this case the job was to make the ak function correctly, but the tool was a wasr 10, that has such poor quality on the magwell that you need to buy a bulkier magazine like us palm or tapco, the other tool is the person firing this weapon and his homo friend holding the knife and the camera, im sure he stabbed his friend later on that night with another pointed object.... in his pants.....

  • @GeLsEnKiRcHeN95 nothing wrong with the gun, everything wrong with the operator

  • @DaytonaRoadster yup its not the ak even the shytiest ak will only foul if the operator has the

  • Clean it fickin gun and buy.a good.mag. Then actually use it properly

  • maybe u americans dont know how to properly use or clean ur fucking weapons... Stay up romanians Serbs are with you!

  • @Black001Mamba Fuck you. And if we never existed the gay as germans would rule the world so suck on that BITCH!!!

  • @Airsoftbeast4053, yeah yeah get over yourselves...

  • you people dont seem to understand that century does not have good quality control. its just the way it is. some wasr's are terrible, some are ok, and some are great. just because YOUR wasr has never jammed doesnt mean someone elses cant.

  • You jus got you one of those pos ones that's all ha!

  • Ive had my romanian WASR for about 2 years now and ive fired well over 500 rounds with it. Ive only had one jam and thats just because I'm lazy and never clean it lol. Theres nothing wrong with the gun, but maybe the shooter?

  • just got done shooting about 200 rounds outa mine for the first time no jams

  • get plastic tapco mags for the wasr. i never had problems with mine using the tapco ones. i bet if you put that mag in theres a LOT of magazine wabble. tapco is a tighter fit. everytime i used metal mags in it it jammed up just like that. of course i cleaned mine like every 500-1000 rounds and lubed it with bearing grease, but you can do that to an ak or ak clone! wont work well with an ar!

  • thanx buddy ill do that

  • know what to look for when buying an AK and this wont happen.

  • Do you wipe his ass too?

  • Magazine catch issue. Check the rivets of the magazine catch assembly. If you see any light between the receiver/selector lever stop and magazine catch assembly you've found your prob. Just get someone to squash the rivets a little more and you'll be set. I just had this issue on my RJF krink and Romy AIM-47 as well. Never had a prob with feeding after the rivets were set properly.

  • whats a good ak to buy all i see is wasr-10 out there in utube land. i need to know please reply

  • @mexiluvsw These guys are idiots, The Romanian WASR 10/63's Are a great choice for an AK-47. I have owned one for two years now with no problems other than the WASR likes FMJ not hollow, the flat tip gets stuck as the bolt push's the cartridge into the chamber, meaning it gets stuck on the chamber. I have heard you can file that down a little and it will use hollow points. But WASR 10's are cheap and efficient Weapon.

  • BS my ak feed on eveything hollow or fmj that ak suck plus two idiots

  • @mexiluvsw dont get a WASR its the bottom of the barrel, go to Atlanticfirearms. com and see what they have.

  • I dont think mine jammed yet....even with used magazine...even with the hollowpoints....

  • @warriorofsteel01 I've run corrosive, non corrosive, soft point, FMJ, HP, brass, steel, soft primer, hard primer, plastic mags, 20 year old mags, euro block surplus mags, asian surplus mags...no problem. A lemon in every bunch, but that includes all rifles. For comparable money I doubt you will come close to the Wasr 10/63.

  • @SpookeySVG

yah i shot some Yugoslavian stuff too....I don't like shooting corrosive through semis...too much work to clean everything

  • @SpookeySVG Oh, to that I agree...boiling water and windex, not to bad if you dont let it get to set in. But added work none the less

  • maybe if u loaded the mag right it would shoot right lol i have one of these an i love it i had it for 7 years never jammed on me an i never had a problem with hollow points u guys need to take a gun safety class

  • When they advertise those mags as great for target practice, they mean as the target, not an actual magazine ;)

  • buy wolf for cheap good ammo. i got a few other kinds and i recommend wolf ammo

  • what you buy a "wasaw" LOL fucking junk guns

  • @JDK1981 Wasr sorry, but there fucking junk, shake your gun once does it rattle? lol yes it does

  • Ill be honest, This has happened to me as well (you know, minus the shooting into the night like a jackass and i know how to load a mag), but anyway, I was shooting a loaned wasr 10 (i shoot saiga), and this happened. It was literally 3 shots to 1 jam. Im blaming the mag.....but this actually happens.

  • Your mag or your ammo is messed up, not the gun.

  • you probably got a shit mag, that usually causes failure to feed in an AK that or operator error,

  • alot of times its those shitty mags. i use tapco and never jam.

  • Whose hollow points?

  • dude, learn how an ak mag works, plz

  • My friend does that with mags all the time haha, its good

  • My WASR never jammed. And if it did, I would not attempt to clear it the way these guys did. I watched the vid just waiting for a darwinian moment but it didn't occur. Oh well.

  • Seems to be the magazine causing problems not the rifle., clean the rifle try a different magazine,.the Chinese make a great one

  • The WASR's aren't great quality but they are so simple a firearm it's hard to mess them up unless you have some really, really crappy reloads or never cleaned them well out of packaging. Breaking in a new rifle like this at night isn't very bright.

  • yeah, listen to these guys. They obviously know what they are doing. You know, trouble shooting in the dark and clearing jams with a knife. scrubs.

wasr 10 with over 3000 rounds shitty ammo. hollow points included.

  • My WASR jammed several times with one of my mags but you could tell by looking at it that it was cheaper made then my others so I threw it away and it never jammed again. As for not being able to load it....no one can take a gun straight out of the box and immediately know how every single function works unless they have some kind experience with it. It he AK AR debate really just comes down to personal preference. Do you want to blow a mans hand off or shoot the mosquito of his pinky?

  • Don't shoot hollow points out of an AK. They're too short.

The gas piston jams on the gas block on WASRs. It's the Monkies at Century that WELDED the U.S. piston instead of pinning it. It WILL loosen up though.

  • if u guys new how to use a rifle u wouldn't have that problem try loading the clip proper with the bolt closed u idiots

  • umm, clean your gun

  • Thousands of the same cheap hollow point ammo and never a single jam. I just shot 500 rounds this past weekend not a single ftf.

  • You should rename this video, "Watch this before you buy MY Romanian Wasr-10". It's easy to decipher a good Wasr from a bad Wasr if you use basic consumer common sense when buying any product. I'm sure had you properly inspect the internals of this rifle for signs this might happen, you would own a proper Wasr. I'm a fucking Arsenal owner and I know enough about Wasr's to find a good one. Not hard.

  • first you need to clean the gun then lube it. i have mine and used all brands of bullets and never had problems with it. you need to know the gun before using it. just saying!

  • I've NEVER had my WASR jam on me. EVER. Not a single misfire.

  • its your fucking recoil spring dude don't own a gun if your not gonna fucking know how to operate it or fix it

  • Gee I've shot thousands of rounds with my WASR 10 and never one jam even brown bear hollow points.

  • watched this video, bought one, had zero issues firing Chi-com, Brown Bear HP's and Golden Tiger, granted there are some lemons out there, but people need to quit bashing WASR's there are a good amount of plain good guns out there, couldn't be happier with mine

  • i have one for over 10 years i have shot over 4000 round not one problem very nice ak

  • it could be your magazine.....

  • you guys suck ass. you cant even put the mag in right. retard. its not the gun its you i have two wasr 10-63 each made in 1967, and i have bump fired thousands of rounds through them both and never a jamb. u need to oil and clean a gun like that when you first buy it. i can tell you prolly took it right out of the case when you bought it and made a video with out cleaning it first and oiling it too. i have owned m and p ar 15s and bushmasters as well, none are as reliable as my wasr 10-63s

  • try pmag magazines.... those steel mags don't seem to be universal... Had that problem with my plr-16... switched to pmag and haven't jammed since..

  • @cranberriesnigga Do you even know what video you are on? They don't make PMags for AK type rifles.

  • Its already been said but I have to again say that it is just a bad Magazine. I have had 2 of these rifles and they will eat any ammo like M&M's. These are not what I would call "ready made" weapons though, they require cleaning, sight alignment, and purchase of good magazines for it right out of the box. for $400 a rifle that will save your life with cheap ammo and freakin sand in the barrel is a good deal IMO

  • Its just a bad mag !

  • @MrWoodsyBrown I agree, but I can see they are running steel casings, and that MIGHT have somthing to do with it, but I would say it's due to poor matenience.

    (I have one, functions fine)

  • fucking noobs..with a shit ak..

  • I run Cabelas wholesale ammo [Herters 122gr Hollowpoints] through my WASR-10 and have never had a jam, even with a shitty Promag 30rd magazine that I had to dremel to fit right. I wouldn't blame the gun on this one, chaps.

  • Learn to put your magazine in, and get some none shit ammo.

  • LOL you don't know how to load a mag into an ak47... Beyond help. Shoulda just stuck to airsoft.

  • @bigmanbigkid LOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • @bigmanbigkid rofl

  • good one

  • IDIOTS

  • I have one and NEVER had this problem, you are doing something wrong or your Mag is busted.

  • first of all you guys are fags, second, you queers need to get an aftermarket magazine like a tapco and stop being gay. when you're done playing with each others dicks you should buy a better magazine and make another video ya fuckers. you people should all be put on an island far away from me

  • you guys cant even get the clip in, can you get your pecker in? i have had a wasr 10 since 2002, about 20,000 plus rounds, no jams, no misfires, no ftf. these guys are obviously gun ignorant and no telling what is actually wrong with the gun. I shoot the cheapest crap i can find with my wasr with no problems at all.

  • This is so funny after every AK blabber punk on you tube clains the Ak is some super weapon that never jams and never needs oiling or cleaning and never every jams !

But looking at comments every idiot AK fan is blabbering clean it ! Oil it ! Polish the feed ramps ! Don't shoot Hollow points !

Its is what it is a AK jamamatic hunk of crap like evey AK ever made !

Buy your self AR's and be done this shitty rifles !

Or buy an AK to hang on the wall to look at that is all their good for !

  • @Hincesti07 you're a fucking retard. I've got several of both, even the cheap ass Romanian ones, the AKs take half the time to clean than ARs and have far less powder in the after firing even the shittiest chinese ammo. Your just another butthurt AR fanboy who doesnt own one, STFU your opinions should not be confused for facts

  • @DaytonaRoadster To your moron comment I don't own any AR's, in fact I own more than you every will because I build then for custom orders for clients that need a Higher quality AR than can be bought on a sporting goods store self, per year till 2010 I was building around 275 to 300 AR's a year .

Now if you really want to get more stupid than you already are here maybe I should post my web site with my gunsmith services on the next message if you are so stupid to be an ass hole again !

  • @DaytonaRoadster If you claim to be the world expert on the AR and why it takes so long to clean why don't you tell me all the parts in the AR ?

Oh thats right you are a pathetic liar ! the only guns you own are water pistols and airsoft .

Look ass hole their is one pin to push out of the AR, pull the charging handle back to pull the bolt out thats all you have to do to prepare to clean any AR,run a cloth through the bore with cleaner and your done, put bolt carrie in close up punch pin in

  • @Hincesti07 lol nice try asshole, to bad you come across a raging fucktard, why dont you look at my channel and see all my gun vids, also your comments just proved your ignorance, a GOOD cleaning (buy someone who unlike you, isnt a call of duty fucktard) need to have the bolt/bolt carrier broken down, take out the firing pin retainer, the firing pin, the codder pin, then the bolt, clean all parts, lub the bolt, around the pin, the locking lugs and the bottom and sides of bolt carrier.

  • Yeh blabber blabber you punk fuck tard thats never owned a gun in your life !

And your blabber of oiling any AR comes from more fuck tard just like you on you tube with a Nutinfancy and Mrlockandload or discovery channel education !

Your a basic little you tube crusing looser looking to pick fights with people who more experiance people than you for your litte small dick sindrom !

My company web site oregonalaskanguide dot c o m now you chech out you low life scum bag bastard cock sucker !

  • @Hincesti07 WOW...WHAT A FOUL MOUTHED RETARD!!!

  • @DaytonaRoadster Hay fuck head you love them AKs so much I am sure your like all Ak Loosers that like to rape little boys and cruse grade schools with your AK in your car look for children to kidnap , I'm sure you like raping old grammy's to and have sex with family members !

Makes you really feel big man with that shity AK doesn't it !

  • @Hincesti07 worst trollin ever

  • @Hincesti07 Hey.... not hay. Losers.... not loosers. Cruise..... not cruse. Learn to spell.

  • Fucking idiots , clean the damn thing! I had one of those in my army time and it was a great weapon you fucking ass holes! Fuckin good for nothing americans the magazine is shitty because it's made in china!!!! God damn haters!

  • yeah those guns are meant to shoot any kind of 7.62x39 ammo, hp, fmj, steel case, brass case, doesnt matter. Not the ammos fault.

  • Its not the ammo, its a bad magazine.

  • thank god I own a MINI 14

  • needs a stiffer spring in the magazine shoots fine

  • Did you clean the cosmoline out of it before you started shooting?

  • its a combination of oiling, cleaning and cheap ammo

  • Looks like a feed ramp problem to me. Or perhaps a bad mag... Not really a fault of the rifle. Polish the feed ramps and see what you get.

  • @311gc unfortunatley mine came canted to, how much did the gunsmith charge you to decant it?

  • The problem isn't the rifle, it's the shitty ammo, your steel cased/hollow points. Use brass cased ammo only, and clean/oil your gun after you shoot it.

  • @MrNaumann1990 Bad idea.

An AK-47 should be able to handle steel rounds. Also it's cheaper to shoot steel cased.

  • You're doing it wrong...

  • I don't know how the hell that you managed to jam a wasr10 without using soft points! mine would feed properly even if I had the rounds shoved in a mag made out of feces(that's shit)!

  • My MAK-90 does the same thing spray some lube on the action problem solved!! 30 RD clips work just fine can't be dry for some reason!

  • maybe if you took care of the gun instead of not oiling it because ur too fucking lazy . stop blaming a company for ur own doing

  • i think it was the mag or the mag well or that Ftard that cant put the mag in right

  • your WASR must just be shit because mine works perfect with FMJ hollowpoints and softpoints. even with cheap ammo like Wolf or Monarch

  • This moron cant even put the fucking mag in.

  • <--- 20,000 rounds of dirt cheap ammo thru my WASR 10 and not a single misfire or jam....

  • @mercen144

    Without cleaning it?

  • @baron8107 no i clean all my guns at least once a week

  • @mercen144

    Well, that explains why.

Do you keep them in one room, at a specific temperature?

  • @mercen144

Never mind, seems like a dumb question.
