  • tht earthquake was not strong AT ALL the parents were overreatcing. I was on the ride during the quake and we didnt feel a thing

  • I think you should've just told your kids "earthquake" and it would've been a lot easier on them and you guys instead of just telling them to get against a wall.... plus it'll make them stop asking why :P

  • "holy fuck"... in disney

  • not only is it a earthquake but it's a earthquake in HD! now that's awesome

  • it would be so scary being on that ride when that happens

  • i was in LA at the time of this was 12 stories up in a building...never knew what it felt like for a building to rock back and forth before...it was scary

  • You don't just say that and tell your kids to be quiet.

  • Overreaction, guys.

  • Tourists... they make the best earthquake victims.

  • I was in summer school in high school when this happened haha. I love how everyone who doesn't live in OC or California freaks out ha.

  • omg,i would freak out lol :) I love the way your children dont care and are like "what?why?what, what?" lol how cute! ^.^

  • lol its funny how you everyone alse its like What happen???

  • crazy shyt..i wuz in summer school wen thiz happend XD

  • i was taking a piss when this happened.... thought it was a ghost xD

  • i love how he says crap exscuse my language and she like holly fuck

  • she said "holy fuck" LOL

  • lol no one else even knows hahaha

  • lol " every one just stop for a min plz" lol

  • fyi, we live in mt. shasta. DONT COME DURING WINTER!!!!!!! YOU WONT MAKE IT OUT!!!!!!!!!

  • we had to go to the hotel because they shut it down.. it was real. the first time, we thought the cart crashed and then we saw the "street" roll.... we rode it asap. its our fav. ride

  • FYI, GracieTriangle1, WE ARE!!!!!!!!! we just live in a place where NO earthquakes.

  • Obviously, your family isn't from California.

  • do u guys still go on the ride afterward or did u guys go home.

  • no its real i heard rubleing just like the one this last summer

  • "that was all on video too!" no...it really wasn't

  • fake

  • What are those little kids doing on tower of terror anyway lol .

  • I'm a bit confused by the description. "CGA" typically refers to California's Great America, which is in Santa Clara in northern California. I think the uploader means to say "DCA", which is Disney's California Adventure, the park adjacent to Disneyland in Anaheim.

  • Just let the kids know what why mommy and daddy are being such scared-dee cats.

  • "holy fuck"

  • I love that ride.(: even better during an earthquake :D

  • hahah the blue bayou

  • lol why, why kids you'll learn

  • @Gameman1021 Good advice.

  • stop telling your kids to stop! There just curious......You need to calm down....and stop cursing in front of ur children!

  • Stupid lady is the one that needs to calm the heck down! ROFL

  • I know something that's worse than being stuck on a ride during a quake, being stuck inside It's A Small World! One time my family and I were on that ride, which I HATE, the boats came to a halt, yet the music played on and on and on and on and on and on until I just wanted to jump into the water myself and drown! LOL

  • @tedtug that story is too cute lol.

  • amangine riding it during the earthquake scary

  • holy crap... excuse my language..... lol

  • Again.... as in previous threads, the earthquake training of the 60's that was created by people that had never been in an earthquake and based on........ absolutely nothing that is still taught in schools, is beyond silly.

The facts are, studies have proven the majorities of survivors of building collapse, in earthquakes and other collapse situation, are the ones that lay next to the base of walls.

  • Getting against the wall is not the smartest idea :p

I was in San Diego when it happened.

  • I don't mean to make anybody on here feel emotional but I have to say this and I do not feel sorry for doing so. All the parents had to say was "This is an emergency (or earthquake) and you are in danger unless you do as I say NOW!" (emphasizing the word now) and the children would then realize that the situation is not normal even if the kids do not know why and then the parents could get the kids to a situation which they can talk to the children about what happened later.

  • Thanks for uploading.

  • I can't blame her. I know it was that big and it would only take one second to say an earthquake is what happened. Just think if it was bigger what do you do in a place like that? I dunno.

  • I'm not trying to be mean or anything but not even I would be that scared and I live in no-earthquake Florida...

  • Well geez. Your kids just wanted to know what the heck was going on. It doesn't more than a few seconds to explain an earthquake to them.

  • @mupty You said it.

  • no joke too i was there also but where the sunwheel thing was but i was on the ride so i didnt fill it as much but my mom was on the ground with my little sis and they felt it

  • good job terrifying your kids.

  • @fubar28 Oh it's nothing! We could only die in an earthquake.

  • Did Explain to your kids what it Was?

  • that was all me -I was there I had a big lunch and I accidentally let one go oops!

  • @TREMOR45 LOL. Nice job in making a bad situation bright though! :D

  • Get against the wall!

  • that was part of the ride, that happens all the time

  • I've always wondered what it's like to be on a tall theme park ride during an earthquake... O_o

  • @iSpeed09 Very FUCKING SCARY!

  • @iSpeed09 scary i was in one depending one the ride

  • @iSpeed09 must be horrible if ur on Tower of Terror! the lines could break it would really be a falling elevator

  • Since i experienced the chile earthquake, im afraid of being on second floors or beyond D:

  • No.....Get out of the building. Guess Your not from California thaye way you freaked out. No worries, I saw the much worse freaking out when I was in Boot Camp at MCRD San Diego. I'm from Sothern Cal, so I'm use to the tremors, but some of those boys from the mid west were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. BTW, I was at Disneyland the same day as the earthquake, and my family and I didn't even feel it. We were surprised when all the rides were closed.

  • the right did crash but disneyland made it silent

  • maybe da ride crashed! :O JK!

  • Welcome to California ;)

  • @ChopStiXVisuals damn right ha

  • hahaha "holy fuck"

i was at Disneyland yesterday during an earthquake as well!

  • this happen to me also for tower of terror line but no one seemed to care. I was like uh... did you feel the floor move? in may 2009. i thought i was just tipsy
