  • cappuccino has more froth, as for the latte has less.

  • @u2ubex latte has 1cm of froth and USUALLY is served in a glass and a cap is 1/3 froth 1/3 milk 1/3 espresso.

  • @u2ubex a latte is more of a milky liquidy drink, while a cappucino is more of a foamy drink.

  • yeah it is that timing- if you are tamping out the milk just after the shots get into the cup the crema is still pretty golden and perfect. then the milk is that integrated velvet. beautiful. and yum.

  • The coffee (the crema shows it) must have been resting (waiting) in the cup, -it is thin and doesn't cover the surface. The timing is everything: the espresso cannot wait, and nor can the steamed milk. The best results are there when the espresso is being brewed while the milk is steamed...

  • Nice patterns -but the espresso in the cup is thin and lousy. Work on the techiques!
