Try Refreshing your ipod touch or iphone. Plug your ipod into computer > Open iTunes > Go to the Ipod's info (the screen where your can update the software of your ipod touch. e.g. 2.2 firmware. This is also the screen that first comes up when iTunes opens) > Click Restore iPod. I've had to do this before and can take some time to restore. You'll have to sync your songs, videos, and re-download any apps on your ipod after restoring. Hope this helps reply if you have anymore questions. Good Luck!
