They need to play these again on TVO because kids today are getting fat, and they need something like this in the mornings to get them working out! :)
For the last 20 or so years I've been trying to figure out what song they used to pump out to our warmups before Cross Country practice... and randomly today I found it... thank you Youtube, and thank you CanadianTalentShines
I have been looking everywhere for this! I couldn't find one person who remembered this! They were all starting to think I was crazy, but here it is! Thank you sooooo much! Looking at it now, it's absolutely HILARIOUS to watch! Awesome!
hahaha my favorite part is at :34 when towel girl gets dissed by exercise boy..."hey high-five! err..no? yea, ok let's do it then. wait, what? no? oh ok eff you too!" then towel boy just shrugs her off like "who needs you towel girl. i'm the real star here."
It says this show is from the 70's. I saw it as a kid around 84-86. Did the same program repeat over and over again or did TVO make new episodes throughout the 80's?
the show was produced by TVO & debuted in 1980, it consisted of 40 ten minute episodes and that was all they ever produced. They ran the series from these 40 episodes well into the mid 80's until.
They ACTUALLY made us do this in class as part of the curriculum somewhere around grade 3 or 4. Naturally NO one took it seriously and we just goofed off.
I talk about this show whenever people talk about kids shows when they were young and NOBODY ever knows what I am talking about when I hum the song...
I Love you canadian talent shines. thank-you for finding this....
Sorry to post again (but it seems like I'm the only one watching this video, so who cares), but I have to say, this has got to be the funkiest music ever recorded for a kids' TV show... even moreso than Sesame's legendary "Funky Chimes" and "Pinball Number Count". I can't stop listening to this!
she's pretty hot...

I'm surprised that the Wii hasn't purchased the rights for a children's excersise videogame!!!

I totally remember this...COOL
One show i've been dying to find online is KIDS WORLD. That news show for kids by kids.
Hydrocram 3 years ago
Do you mean "Kidsongs"?
josegomez101 3 years ago
no I mean Kids World.
The main line was "This is 'so n so reporting for Kids World".
I've only ever been able to find one clip of it online and it's some kid reporter interviewing KISS

I remember watching this show when I was a kid. To bad TVO doesn't make original programing any more.
