Lüfter hinhalten, langer Stab in die Kühler-Aussparung und dann zum Lüfter.

gott ich sitze hier seit über 2 stunden und versuche den beschissenen lüfter mit den komischen metall klemmen anzubringen... UNMÖGLICH! es ist als wären die metall klingen falsch herum hergestellt, falsch rum gebogen... die dinger hebeln sich jedes mal selbst wieder raus...... ich hab keine ahnung wie ich weitermachen soll :(

Hi, my 1156 mainboard has the cpu socket locking lever facing the other direction 90 degrees to yours (towards the front of the board). Does this mean that my Noctua heatsink fans will face the top of the case when installed rather than the back? The reason I ask is that I have an exhaust fan at the back of my case but not at the top. Facing the back would be more desirable because it would have better air flow.

bei  push pins und der AMD klammermethode gehts auch im gehäuse. Aber sobald man wie hier an die Rückseite des Mainboards muss, muss die Montage außerhalb des Gehäuses stattfinden.

das mit den 5 Wärmeleitpaste Punkten geht ein bißchen gegen die Anleitung, dort steht 1 Punkt und hin und her drehen, um die Paste zu verteilen.

Hi, Wlp auftragen ist ne Glaubensfrage. die einen schwören auf eine Scheckkarte, den anderen reicht der blanke finger, andere wiederum wollen auf dem selben nen Handschuh sehen. Es funktionieren auch mehrere kleine oder ein dicker Klecks. nach meiner Erfahrung ist da ein aktives verteilen nicht nötig, da der Anpressdruck des Kühlers das gut alleine schafft. Aber schaden kann das drehen auch nicht. Suche dir eine Methode aus, sie funktionieren alle.

you can mount the noctua NH-U12P in 90degree Steps. maximum width from the center of CPU is 63mm. Ther should not be any problems with Corsair Dominator RAM. But i dont know the height of the chipset Cooling. i see no problems if the Chipset Cooling is lower than 45mm from Mainboard pcb

Ja, ich bin für die Internetseite im Titel als Tester tätig und jeden Kühler für den ich hier Videos reingestellt habe, habe ich auch auf meinem Teststand gehabt. In der regel werden die Kühler von Händlern oder den Herstellern gestellt, da sie sich einen Werbeeffekt versprechen. Taugt der kühler nichts kann das aber auch nach hinten losgehen, da Schrott auch als Schrott benannt wird. Hoffe das beantwortet die Frage.

imho is much thermal Grease better than to insufficent. I tested with a little bit thermal grease and much of itself, and the temp with much grease was better.

I've realized that the Noctua NH-U12P has a 3 pin cable which you plug into the motherboard. My only question is if i should plug it into the CPU_FAN contact evento this has a 4 pin input? Because that will result in one pin that's not being used at all, which is kinda odd.

A Fan with four pins will be controlled with a PWM signal.Full RPM with 12V, lower RPM with pulsed 12V.A Fan with three pins will be controlled per Voltage. Full RPM with 12V, lower RPM with not pulsed lower Voltage. The fourth pin on the Mainboard is only a signalcircuit for PWM Fans. three pin fans doesnt need it, but the Mainboard can not decrease the RPM of it. Sorry for the Bad english

I've not bought the "Noctua NH-U12P" yet but will do so this week. But then another question rises, how do you install the cooler when there's only three pins. As i see it you now have to choices.

1. You install it with the pin not being used at the bottom or 2. You install it with the pin not being used at the top. (This is when the motherborad is already installed in the chassis so there is a bottom and top to talk about). But which is the right way?

You can´t install the Three pin false. There is only one way to install it. if you have an Case Fan with Three pins, you can test it, and you will see that it works.

danke ich wusste nicht das man mit Mainboard so "unvorsichtig" undgehen kann, dachte das Jeder kontakt ein erhebliches risiko für das Board wäre aber anscheid sind die dinger etwas robuster :)

Es hantiert sich wesentlich unbesorgter wenn das Mainboard wie hier schon vorher defekt war. Aber das Mainboard so zu behandeln wie in diesem Video sollte kein Problem darstellen. Suche mal in meinen Montagevideos nach dem Noiseblocker. Auf einem Funktionierenden Mainboard hätte ich mich nicht getraut den zu montieren.
