  • salt and pepper, little bit of sugar. and not forgeting oyster sauce.you can substitute oyster sauce with teriyaki marinade sauce or BBQ sauce or smokey flavour marinates.

  • just wondering about the quantity and type of oil you use.. would it matter if the amount of oil used was reduced significantly and are you using vegetable oil.. i use canola .. is this ok .. thanks for the vid

  • 500g squid should be good for 2 person. If eat with rice then it's enough for 4 person.Yes you can use canoly oil. All of my cooking uses vegetables oil.Glad you enjoyed the video. Cheers
