@ Tankbuggeru how bout you look up the differences between conversation, dialogue, and chat. Ur just a bad salesman. Can't say much for the guy making the video either I think haha

A "cold call" is better, because clients are not your friends, and if some salesperson wanted to discuss my weekend plans with me, I'd tell him to mind his own business. Kinda scary how easy it is to "mass-spy" on people through a CRM.
