Sei nitto is nitto (two swords) performed with the daito(the larger sword) in the left hand, is not very common in championships because is very difficult to hit kote, generally nitto players use gyaku nitto (with daito in the right hand), this way is easier to strike kote.
Nitto give a real advantage to his user against a morote
we can't say nitto is better than chudan kamae but as the jodan no kamae, nitto gives an advantage. First, the use of two different size of sword allow to attack or defend in a large area and in close area. Then you can attack with other trajectory that aren't possible with a shinai morote. At the end, the result of the nitto's usage depend of the user.

@jung567 Yes, nito-ryu and jodan are allowed in WKC. They are part of kendo.
