I tried to like deicide but they suck. I can't stand the vocals. The drums and and the guitar are alright but they just sing or write about the same shit. It gets old. It's like they're hip hop or rappers just rapping about cars,girls, and drugs. These guys are just like fuck god and jesus and satan rules. It's like think about it, satan wants to be the sole ruler and king. There is no room for mortals in his kingdom and mortals can't become demons so you fail at praising an angel over god.

Idk if it's just me but I have no metal head friends like me. :( My friends don't like my music and they all either like over rated rock, main gay stream stuff, including rap and stupid other shit. They don't appreciate my musical genius and knowledge of music. Compared to my friends and people I know, I would say I know the difference between good music and bad and everything in between

@blackblurable I suggest Necrophagist just going off of those two bands. It's not just you; not a lot of people can be asked to invest the effort to appreciate death metal. People come to music for different reasons, though not necessarily better or worse ones. And in DM you'll find both people who appreciate it for the technicality, and people who are just looking for angry/scary sounds.

Don't do to people what "they" do to you, be better, keep the open mind that bought you here to begin with.

@abortedlord Necrophagist are ok. But they arent my foundation on death metal. They came into the scene a bunch of years after i started digging Death Metal. I would suggest some Morbid Angel, Cryptopsy. Aeon, Death, Cc, to get into some more oldschool and approacheable spot on the scene.
