  • What about the disgusting fat laced 'Prime Rib & all the trimmings?

Better to be a vegetarian and no worries about lard ass and clogged arteries.

  • LOL! There are pros and cons to both as long as you eat healthier cuts of meat and in moderation. But, ugh, ribs make my stomach do flip-flops - nasty!!

  • its just me or your biceps got bigger?

please do a little flex lets see those gunz

great video BTW, i love your channel

  • Next shot... Jenny ate the whole cakeee! :) good for u!

I Hate my life... :( Im sorry about cookies, they are just pure evil! :( you make me hate myself.. :(

  • No, I threw the cake down the disposal - it took a few minutes for that block of pure sugar to finally go down - LOL! A couple cookies are fine - remember MODERATION! My goal is to motivate and inspire and pass the power on to YOU! No on can make you feel bad about yourself but you, so stop! You deserve better for yourself : ) Start TODAY, Have a good New Year!

  • Because of my weight loss surgery, I can't do sugar or at least very little. I already have sugar-free hot chocolate, plan to bake Christmas cookies with Splenda or similar non-sugar sweetener. I even have a few good recipes for sugar-free cheesecake. My feeling is we all can enjoy eating well during the holidays if we get creative, shop wisely and exercise. As for fruitcake, maybe it would make a good door stop. :-)

  • Congrats on your weight loss. Perhaps do some research on the real hazards of using aspartame, splenda, etc. Stevia is an excellent alternative, although I am not sure if you can bake with it. Blueberries, strawberries, are low in sugar all full of antioxidants. I have a couple of dates and that takes care of a sugar craving.

  • Thanks, I have read various items about the dangers of Aspartime. I use it so infrequently that it really doesn't concern me much at all. I believe that eating a junk food diet poses much greater risks than the occasional Aspartame does.

  • Yes, there are pros and cons to all. The way I see it, you just have to be safe and use your best judgment. There are some people who die of lung cancer and they have never even smoked in their life! So, it's just good to be educated, aware, and responsible. Have a great 2010, Doug! Chat soon!

  • Yes, I will be using stevia in the near future for my recipes. But, I've also heard controversy over the "safety" of it, too. Ugh, so confusing! That's why I always say a "disclaimer" when I use sugar substitutes in my recipes because everyone has different preferences and beliefs. But, it's always good to use moderation with EVERYTHING. Thanks for watching and commenting - I appreciate it. Have a great New Year!

  • I totally agree. Practicing moderation in everything - not just food - makes for a balanced, happy, and healthy life : )

  • FIRST, DAMN IT FEELS GOOD TO BET FIRST!

  • LOL! Congrats : )
