depends on what you define as "secret".

in some ways, it is ,because you have to lose to Paul as Law in order to see this cutscene. The battle vs Paul is really easy to win so most likely you'll see the regular cutscene that appears when you win, rather than this one. Normally cutscenes appear when you WIN battles not lose them, so people won't be expecting this cutscene.

Tekken 5 story mode does have other cutscenes (for other chars) apart from this one, that appear when you LOSE certain battles instead of winning them, but these are very few and most people don't expect them because they usually win the battles.
