  • Grand master Higa Minoru is not only a really strong , he is a true gentleman . He is so respectfull to Okinawan traditional karate but he did boxing , weight lifting , Judo 4 th dan. Some people think karate with kata is not efficient but I lived in Okinawa for a quite long time and I can tell that you meet so many nice people there who train so hard and can be very efficient. In Okinawa they have a saying : "itchaliba chode " it means , From the time we meet we are brothers "
