@manuelergcrus That was my point. The ARX should have come from his line out, not his mic. Yes, it's in stereo. He should have muted the mike when he played.
Boy, will you and people like you ever learn, that there are different people who play different music! I don't care about an analog poly or monosynth at all. I don't care about the Jupiter 8 or Jupiter 8,88888. This is not the expansion board for you. The Fantom G is not for you. But there are dozens of keyboards who make the sound that you want. I really hate those people who think they can tell other people what music is crap or not.
It's amazing what a pure genius "Digital Screams" must truly be. No doubt one of the truly great synthesists of our day. Poor, dumb utilitarian "us", who actually use those pathetic sounds he so obviously detests. But then, some of us actually make a living tracking without calling in a dozen or so side-men. So, "DS", why wait? You can still find an 8 out there. Meanwhile, call me if you need me...I'll be in another session...putting my kid through college. Thanks, Roland, for the tools!

who gives a f*£& about these thin sounds - these workstations never capture the expression of these instruments....and only music which truly sucks ever uses them. Seriously, just hearing these sounds makes me feel very depressed and I foam at the mouth - this is not a good thing....it makes me look like a crazy man.
All I want from Roland is a true analog polysynth to replace the Jupiter 8 - thats all I need.
No more of this rehash early 90's crap - 99% of the features I wouldnt ever use
this is nothing more than stock JV sounds excited.. nothing new here AT ALL..... as long as the Japanese love their thin sounds.. thats what we will get in the west... thin roland.
He explains, if you play code of 6 notes, this unit splits them into each instruments, trumpet, trombone etc..PCM samples contains unizon of 2,3 instruments and if you play code, it makes double or triple of tones, but it would not happen if you use this unit.
wow!

Roland G8 is the best. I don't just own one keyboard so I can get any sounds
I want between all of my boards G8,V-synth GT, Motif XF8.
These people that think they are going to everything in one board are
narrow minded.

It really sounds great if you hear it through line out instead of the mic as he is using in his demo.

@amadeusyt Actually it's in line out already, and it's in stereo..it's the mic of the demo player that's picking up the key noise...
