Eh, I don' feel like stating the obvious, that its fake (y is everyone wasting time commenting "fake"?) And I see it has flaws, but anything I would try to do would pale in comparison. This is a hard subject to portray. It could use a big cloud of dust, which accompanies almost all building falls/implosions, and there could be some improvement on the building itself. Also perhaps state that it is fake later in the explanation, just to save people's posts. Pretty good job.

Why misrepresent it? It's not a bad animation but there isn't a material in this world that behaves like that, the tower is too flexible.

@cageordie :What do you know about materials? You obviously have never worked with steel. If this was real, which, due to the smoke and dust disapperaing way too soon, the structure would be strong enough that the bottom story or two would spring, then the whole thing would topple. If this was animation, it had finite analysis software in it. Look at the corners, how stout the steel is. If a demolition team were to take it down, they'd have to blow it up in several places up the structure.

If this was a simulation? Yes, it is, but the material properties are wrong. Don't wave finite element analysis like some sort of talisman, it's just a tool, easy to get wrong answers. Garbage in garbage out. Steel deforms 10-30% at rupture, but only a few percent at yield. So it only bends a little before it takes a set, it won't bounce back from that. Look at the ripple near the top, only jello would do that. Real men simulate RHA with Hydrocode.
