I have the same problem with my products. They are not shown in any search result. Neither signed in/out nor using differnent browsers. Even my friends are not able to find my products from different computers AND different countries. This is definitively not a mistake of the user as the support wants to let me think.
Did you get any solution for this problem? What can one do after checking everything is okay with the offers?
@schisch007 About the Screen Casting software, you can go to Wikipedia and search "comparison of screencasting software" and it will take you to a wonderful page where you will be able to easily make a decision about what screencasting software you would like to have. Just copy and paste the terms in the quotes.
@schisch007 I really appreciate your taking the time to leave a comment. I think this is not as well known as it should be. eBay does this to way more people than anyone could believe. It is not so well known because no one expects it to be happening and so they are not looking. If you can make the screen recording and copy my guide lines then post it this would become more in the open as two channels are better then one to broadcast the deception from eBay.
Hi, I am deeply sorry of giving wrong information. I have found the reason why I am not seeing my offers. I am in Germany currently, offering products from Swiss to Swiss only. I thought, it would be possible to see my products when setting the filters within ebay.ch to "Swiss only senders" or searching for my username. But this doesn't work with foreign ip numbers. After using a proxy server from Swiss, I could see my products in the search result. Sorry, I was not aware of it.
@schisch007 That is great to understand.I have planned to use proxies across the US to check on my listings in the other zones eBay broadcasts to.I have noticed sellers in the mid-west selling the same product more successfully to others in the mid-west even though I sell for a lesser price. Doesn't make since unless my listings are not being seen in the mid-west as often as they should. But, yes, I have noticed the proxy difference and have friends check for me with the same no show results.
Also, cookies in FireFox are predominant and will be active whether you are signed in or not and whether you have been in session or are just starting your computer. The point of this observation is to help you understand your tests; but, do not over look the fact that eBay is manipulating the search results and that you do not have full eBay sever access to the data they seem to claim in a description like "Completed Listings".
You can note that in Chrome the cookies act like sessions cookies and are only there once the listing is found by any long key search; but, if you turn your computer off and restart it those cookies are gone. Also, the cookies in Chrome are active only inside the user's account view and not active when searching without signing in.

I forgot to mention that my product is active for 9 days today - without being listed.
