I admire all your ways to do each steps of your knitting socks. I want to cast on like you do but can't slow down the video. All the rest is easy but for the cast on. I never saw it done that way before. Is it more stretchy? It appears to be knitting the first row at the same time. Does it have a name or did you invent it yourself entirely.? Thanks for being so great.
The only way to knit a sock with two needles is to make flat halves then sew together... otherwise you need two CIRCULAR needles, and that makes it like three dpns or you could use three circulars so that you can use all four needles of the circulars and then the third circular would be your working needle, you would have one extra at all times. I hope that made sense...
yes, there is. I know an instructions book about this method, but it's in German language. I'm sorry, I can't explain this method, because I've never done this way. Maybe there's a book in English language about the two needles method.
@BabySensative No, I've looked too. I wasn't able to find any double pointed needles for about 5 months, and finding a sock pattern for just 2 single point needles aren't out there. You could try crocheting, but that looks harder than finding the double point needles I needed. =)
i did not find the table on your website...

is there a way to knit socks with only two needles instead of using double pointed ended needles?
