That is one awesome Pierce tower truck! Williamsport Bureau of Fire in Williamsport, PA got a 2011 Pierce Arrow XT 100' tower truck in at their main station at Walnut Street, and it's not even a year old yet! I sat in the rig, and one of the main features on New Tower 1 is a jake brake (engine brake), which I've heard before on my dad's Volvo tractor at Saar Container. I've seen the tower in action on scene at a possible odor of smoke. I've got the video somewhere! It's a cool vid!
