Hi, I have Rosacea and will Coconut oil help my condition? I am sick of having red blotches on my cheeks when its cold or hot outside. Thank you for the video, I started applying coconut oil to my face today and I hope it will improve the appearance of my face.
@S0Iari yay! keep using it, eat well, sleep well and look after your biggest organ. Dont forget to exfoliate so you're not just moisturising dead skin all the time ;)
i have recently started using coconut oil in my face and head esp after i shave. I usually leave it on for 10-15 min this wash off in shower. Will i see benefits from that or do i need to leave on all day. I just dont want to walk around smelling like a beach :)
@PalAl11 wow! great idea using it as a mask, how are you going with it now after one week? you could leave it on over night. dont forget to gently exfoliate a few times a week so it can do its magic! should take a few weeks good luck x
@razzp how do you use this for skin? I have been using this for my hair since I was a kid but never for my skin. Can this help with acne as well? thank you
@oooohmysoooosexy I just rub coconut oil on the affected area and leave it there overnight. Right now I'm using it as a moisturizer. No dermatitis as of now, very effective. I used to have serious facial and back acne before. The only product that worked for me was a laundry soap made from coconut. LOL. My acne cleared. Today whenever I get a pimple or two I just put coconut oil on the pimple and it's gone the next day. I am not sure if it works for everybody. It may worsen for some.
@oooohmysoooosexy oil fights through oil, so e sure to cleanse your acne prone areas with it. try not to use soaps, and use balancing oils such as ylangylang to correct sebum levels x
