being the president of a large university is always an uphill battle and balance-- to keep things positive with all the different groups involved. Those who dont take risks and dont ever do anything are the first to be mean and diminish the accomplishments of a guy like this. He runs a wonderful school in a fantastic area. Congrats to him and good for him for not being a shy stiff -- as he could be-- congrats to him for reciting this poem!

jesus christ i hate this man. write me a fucking poem about how i was a student at uvm and an employee and now i have no food in my fridge to eat or health insurance. fucker.
Maybe he has a sensitive English-teacher soul somewhere, but his behavior around finances is an example of exactly what's wrong with this country.
