@nintendoandsegafan1 It's like Fahrenheit 451, in a sense. The degradation of music has been occurring for decades. Music theory is getting thrown out the window, some bands like this have some intention of bringing back music. But they can only do so much.

It's a guaranteed fall for music, as for society. Today life is all about the Hollywood stars getting married and shooting each other and what have you. Honestly, who gives a shit. Mass Media isn't a friend of fine music.

Those are Metallica's best albums, and Hammett wrote the songs in Load, Reload, and St. Anger, which people (including myself) claim are really, really bad albums because the style is no longer thrash. Call of Ktulu or St. Anger? I admit that Fade to Black, Sanitarium, and Enter Sandman, Master of Puppets are good, but after Mustaine/Burton, Metallica skewed off course.
