  • Much easier method is

    1) Boil a pot of water

    2) Crack egg into a cup/ramekin and add a drop of vinegar

    3) Vigorously whisk the water to create a vortex

    4) Drop the egg into the center of the vortex

    5) Cover the eggs and set a timer for 3 minutes.

    The vortex removes the white foamy edge around the eggs, removes the water bubbles, and creates nice separation for the poached eggs if you have more than one egg. The eggs will come out perfectly. You don't need any fancy tools. Try it!

  • 3 Min. video: Put pan with water on Med High. Break bubbles on bottom of pan, add a little white wine vinager, pour egg(s) in, wait 4 1/2 min. Take egg(s) out. Eat. Got it, thank you!
