Looks like NASCAR Racing 2003 by Papyrus is still king of the NASCAR games.... sadly, even though it's been 8 years that game is still the most realistic NASCAR Sim especially once you update it with the latest mods.

I know that its mostly opinion but I think that Nascar is way more interesting. The 1 in F1 stands for single file racing. Thats pretty much it. Plus Americans suck in F1, and that just makes it all the worse.
