This movie has some of the oddest scenes. It's medicore and then bang, something comes out of no where and hits me. Like 4:15. Something about the music....about the tone of his voice, when he says "A human....A warrior....A hero."
oh. my. god. i didn't even say anything about that on the second comment. regardless, it is NOT Christian. if you are so unconvinced, look on his wikipedia page. wikipedia lists all movies that actors or actresses have been a part of, no matter how small the role. this is not listed at all. and Christian had already had a lead part in a Steven Spielberg film at about 13 and a lead in the movie Newsies. why would he have about 6 seconds of screen time in an almost unknown b movie after that?
He isn't on the credits either but it definately, is him. If you go back into the movie, check out part 1 and keep pausing the movie when you get head shots - the part where they are seated round a table, at the meeting where they are watching the sex.

If you look at Christian Bale in 1993, you will see he looks nothing like this man in the meeting. In 1993 he was in a film called Swing Kids.
