TeamFlightBrothers I'm 5 8 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I personally recommend the workout training at |50 inch vertical [dot] com| but any workout could be used if you are sure they generate results

I think he has Long Achilles tendon. However jump is not genetics, you could still adapt through it and get this vertical by getting bigger and lifting over time. I hate that one who said he's "skinny" and powerful. No one can be skinny at the same time powerful. That's just fallacious. He must have 24 inch quads or even better.
