Hip Flexor Release

Hi

I have the theracane and would really like to master this technique but I just can't get the pressure on the hip flexor muscle. Can you suggest any other way to properly locate the muscle?

Where did you get that fancy torture tool? Is it worth the money?

@msalmoni it's called the theracane and is pretty cheap. I like it as you can use it on multiple hard to get to areas. :)
