That's the +1 octave harmony setting on a Whammy pedal - it outputs the notes you play plus the same notes an octave above.

Thanks! I worked out the chords myself. The arrangement in this video is pretty much improvised as I still wasn't sure of the order that the chords went in.

Also, I only decided to use the whammy a second or two before I actually switched it on but it seemed to work out quite nicely!
