i have lvl 28 scizor it kills like 60 magikarps then levels up but only 2 or 3 stat points can u tell me why?

You probably already killed pokes other than magikarp that you weren't suppose to kill because of EVs

Or because scizor's max speed is 251, it can barely gain any speed. Plus your not even suppose to train a scizor in speed.

Then your scizor is phail if it packs speed EVs, I suggest gettinga new one trained in attack and HP or defense.

hey i got a lv 38 luxray

it has pkrus and power anklet

it got +14 then+7 then it got +3 and i killed like 100 magikarps

Limited amount of EVs, since you can only have 510 in total and 252 for each stat, you might be done EV training for speed, and seriously you only kill 26 magikarps to finish training for it if you have pkrs and the anklet.
