I will never know how he can be so freakin funny and yet always keep a straight face. I mean, some of the lines and gags from this movie are absolutely classic, yet he manages to always play it super straight. They always say that comedy is MUCH more difficult than doing drama. I think Ebert got it right when he said this was probably the best comedic performance ever to not win an Oscar. Its just that good.
