She is hilarious! When she is hosting "House Hunters", me and my friend joke that her parts (the intros and whatnot) are filmed in and around her home lot. The backgrounds are always the same, some part of a house or a tree or grass. We think she can do the filming for 50 episodes walking down her block.

She definitely a great TV show host.
But in terms of physical beauty, I really don't think she's that attractive.
