To make the controls the same, first make a true/false var. call it "Driving" or something like that, then make if/else methods for all directional arrows, then put, if "Driving" is false, move camera 1 meter (Or more) if else, move car 5 meters (Or more) =)

A couple things, one, I don't know how/why to gun moves with the camera, two, I don't know how/why the camera follows the car. Lastly, I have a better solution for your controls. Help me out, and I'll help you out.

To make the gun move with the camera go to the guns properties and set the vehicle to camera. To make the camera follow the car set the camera's vehicle. And I have since figured out how to change controls using variables.
