u know what the funny part is about people commenting on this video?.....some..or im sorry..,.most of u prolly arent even cheerleaders!!...it takes alot of hard work to do this shit!...i should know i am a cheerleader!.im varsity cheerleading and next year im gonna be co captain with my best friend...the captain this year works us hard....its tough being a cheerleader.. i had to learn a cheer, a dance and many other things in less then a month..so all im asking is to lay off the poor girls.

@bieberfever2256 a spring board is a great way to practice, or start off of a raised surface to lessen the chances of injury....calf raises and tuck jumps can also help with your spring
