It's massive but it's gorgeous. If it weren't a filter feeder, it'd still be gorgeous but more to be keep a large distance from myself. It's like an under water angel, I'd love to see one wild before I die :)

wow thats an amazing animal, the other day diving at fujeirah (martini rock) i saw one, we followed it for awhile at the surface, it was no where near that big though, ours was only 5m that animal is amazing though. so gentle too, amazing how the largest creatures on our planet seem to be the most gentle

what an amazing creature. I spotted one 6m whale shark a couple of days ago. although it wasn't as big but it was a whale shark nevertheless. :)

Yes. Similar diet as a whale but whaleshark is not a mammal or any kind of whale. It is a fish - the world largest fish.
